Jamie Stuart completed the 3,000 hour massage therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy where she obtained her registration. Jamie has experience in treating a variety of conditions including: musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, multiple sclerosis, terminal illnesses, spinal cord injuries, pregnancy, infant, geriatrics etc. While in school, Jamie was able to gain knowledge in various massage modalities such as: Swedish, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial, Craniosacral, Muscle Energy Technique and Visceral work.

Jamie takes an active role in her patient’s health and believes in prevention, maintenance, management, patient education and overall well-being. A treatment with Jamie includes a full assessment, hands- on treatment as well as home care.

Outside of the treatment room Jamie enjoys skiing, yoga and traveling. Prior to being an RMT Jamie taught English in Taiwan and backpacked all over Asia including India and Nepal. She spent time in Australia and recently visited Macchu Picchu in Peru.

Jamie looks forward to exploring the field of massage therapy and plans to participate in various continuing education courses that will widen her knowledge and skills.
